Rea Winter is a New York City hairstylist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. After 13 years with Arrojo studio as an educator and art director, she opened Florea in the East Village in 2021. Working across all hair types and textures, her work is rooted in precision, structure, movement, and an understanding of how a haircut should grow out gracefully over time. A master of both scissor and razor cutting, her approach is thoughtful, highly individualized, and grounded in the belief that great hair should feel natural, personal, and easy to live in.  the philosophy is simple: your hair should do itself.
